The process of buying the car went pretty smoothly. I was told on the phone that you had the exact car and color that I wanted and that was true when I arrived ( unlike other dealerships). Way too long to buy a car I went into the dealership thinking that they had the car I was looking for as the salesperson told me it was in "the back lot", only to find out that I went into the dealership thinking that they had the car I was looking for as the salesperson told me it was in "the back lot", only to find out that the car I wanted was at another dealership much closer to my house. Then once I decided to buy the car, I spent another 2 hours doing paperwork and being shuttled from one desk to another only to find out they did not have the car and was told to "come back the next day". By that time I was hesitant on buying anything and told them that I had to think about the purchase. Within the 24 hours that I was absent I got called from differnt dealers offering me a better deal. I told that to Egor and he went back and forth with me and haggled the price. He told me that the car I wanted in the color combination was the only one for "300" miles. NOT TRUE! Come to find out - Coral Springs Auto mall - 10 miles away, had the same exct car. The pressure was tremendous... I finally decided to get the car and went back the next day to pick it up only to spend ANOTHER 2 1/2 hours at the dealership and listened to the finance girl go on about her sickness and how she was given the wrong medication. I just wanted out of there. THEN , I was told that the car would be "topped Off" with gasoline for me only to fin out it had not been done. The sales person was no where to be found and at that point I just wanted out! Not a great experience and would not recommend More

This morning my husband drove off to work and had to come back home because he got a flat and when he went to change the tire on the Forester he noticed the bolt were lose and not tighten completely.
