Before today we would never buy any car but a Subaru. Our current one has 200,000 + miles so time for a trade. So we saw a NEW posting for a used 2019 blue Outback at this dealer. I called, because we live 2+ hours away, and spoke to Kevin who said the car was still available. An hour before our arrival I asked again…yes still available…he could see it out his window. When we arrived we were quickly turned over to Louis who said the car wasn’t available because it was in the service dept but would we like to see a 2022. Bait & switch? We checked the service dept and no Blue Subaru around anywhere. I am so disappointed in Subaru now. More
