Communication nonexistent Subaru of Pembroke Pines is a complete let down. My car was towed in to the service department and of the 8 days it’s been there I was only contacted Subaru of Pembroke Pines is a complete let down. My car was towed in to the service department and of the 8 days it’s been there I was only contacted once, and that was the day it was towed in. I don’t know if my car is done, I don’t know if the car is waiting for parts, and to get a live person on the phone with the exception of the front desk girl would possibly take an act of Congress. I’ll can also report that dropping your vehicle off after hours is much quicker than dropping off during business hours. I had to wait 45 minutes to speak to an advisor vs 10 minutes to fill out a key drop envelope. They’re pretty good at throwing false accusations when they’re frustrated, quick to point the finger right back at you for issues on your car. I don’t recommend this dealership for any repairs. Lastly I was told that my car was getting washed, when I picked it up it still had the same amount of brake dust on the wheels, and a ton of oak leaves (it was never washed). More

Saturday Morning Blues I just went in for a regular oil change, had an appt, oil change took over 2 hours, although I can understand things happens and they were busy the wh I just went in for a regular oil change, had an appt, oil change took over 2 hours, although I can understand things happens and they were busy the whole process seemed very disorganized. I did not get a copy of my vehicle inspection, I Assumed it was going to be attached to invoice as I was told. I did not check at the end because I just wanted to leave. I did get an estimate about the sky high cost of my next service! I love my Subarus, can’t complain about them but I’ll be hesitant to purchase another one only because of the service, is always an issue since first maintenance where a sensor was accidentally damaged. My service advisor was courteous and professional and he is just doing his job, I just feel like I’m being scammed..The cashier was training another employee, another lady was sitting next to cashier and did not acknowledge me standing there waiting to pay. I also had issues booking appts online on your website and dealer not aware. This appt I made on the Subaru App. More

I used the courtesy service to drop me off at home and they offered to pick me up when the service was complete. The vehicle needed a 36k mile service plus additional service I requested. The cost of the service was reasonable for what was required and in addition the car was washed. More
