I took my wrx to Subaru of port Richey 3 times this year. Once to fix the random signals and warnings such as:check engine, tire pressure and others. No other dealership could figure out why it is displaying such warnings when there is no problem with the engine. Well,the Subaru of port Richey (west coast, Florida ) did find the culprit and it was the water leak hardly noticeable. Problem fixed. Thank you all. Then a second time i went for the overall check up of my car before it reached the 50000miles and still under warranty. Well they did a beautiful job, beyond my expectations and hardly cost me any money. Thank you Brian and Joe, thank you the staff of subaru of port Richey . The 3D time is to change my tires. Joe took his time and find me the best tires , very reasonable price and warranties and checked my car all over again . Joe, Brian and all the staff, I really thank you. Your dealership is the best place.never again I will waste my time or money in other places. More
The last time I went here I was hassled by the parts department about returning a part that I no longer needed. I was originally told I would have to eat the cost of the part ($140) because it’s “too mu department about returning a part that I no longer needed. I was originally told I would have to eat the cost of the part ($140) because it’s “too much of a hassle to send the emails back and forth for restock.” Quite frankly, I don’t care if it’s a hassle or not to send a part back, that a customer no longer needs, only because it’s not an item that doesn’t sell often and you don’t want to stock it in your inventory. Whether you want to stock it or not, that’s really not my problem. After the parts/service manager agreed send the part back to the warehouse after I pay a restocking fee, he told me that next time he will implement a no-refund policy. That’s totally ridiculous, it’s not like I’m trying to return a used part, it was brand new still in the box. Get a grip More
I had asked for an evaluation of my car’s trade in value while my car was being serviced. Because I was in conversation with a sales person, service chose not to tell me my car was ready 2 hours for an oil while my car was being serviced. We have purchased two Subarus from this Subaru dealer. Both experiences were excellent. The first was a used 2010 forester that we traded in Last year on a 2019 outback.
