Very friendly, but problem not resolved I have told service that my GPS navigation system does not work properly with voice commands each time I have brought the 2017 Outback in for service. I have told service that my GPS navigation system does not work properly with voice commands each time I have brought the 2017 Outback in for service. Each time they told me it did work. I am speaking clearly and it will not understand me when I “Go to Navigation.” My last visit they updated software but it still doesn’t work. I will not mention names but two of your employees have told me to use Google maps on my cell phone because Subaru navigation system is too troublesome. This occurred over the course of 3-4 service visits. I am frustrated and feel you are just trying to wait out my warranty. Please don’t tell me I’m not using it correctly because my husbands car understands me perfectly, plus it is just negating my complaint. More

Not very satisfied Still have not received my owners manual I was promised at time of purchase 14 months ago! I just brought the truck there for its first oil change and Still have not received my owners manual I was promised at time of purchase 14 months ago! I just brought the truck there for its first oil change and asked if they could clean my windows and vacuum the inside out, I tipped the guy $20 and the windows were not even touched and they vacuumed around my weather tech floor mats!! I did not go back to avoid a conflict I was a little upset to say the least, Inwasted 2 hrs of .my time and $20 ! More
I received prompt, satisfactory service. I went in for a regular periodic service. I had a broken tail light cover ( I don't know how it happened, perhaps it was hit by a shopping cart.) While I was in the waiting area Mr. Berardo came in and told me that they had a cover in stock and gave me the price to which I agreed. So in addition to the ordinary service, I had the broken tail light cover replaced. More

Brand new Crosstrek for first oil change at 5300 miles but now missing one complete clip and another was falling out but I was able to save it. It's not major but I would expect the dealer to return car 100%. More

Total disregard to email. No help with defective paint job. Will be retaining lemon law Atty.
