Horrible Experience I was only in for a simple oil change and inspection. I asked if they could vacuum the vehicle which they said they would. An hour later, they said I was only in for a simple oil change and inspection. I asked if they could vacuum the vehicle which they said they would. An hour later, they said my vehicle was ready...they forgot to vacuum (third time this happened, btw). He said if I could wait 15-20 minutes, he would have it done. An hour later, it had not even been started so I told them to just bring me my car so I could leave. As I'm leaving I noticed that the tire pressure light suddenly was on as well as the iCare disabled light. I turned around to come back and by the time I pulled back in, the tire was FLAT. Somehow/someway the tire was damaged in the side wall and could not be patched WHILE I WAS GETTING SERVICE. Joe said next to nothing, the Service Manager, Brian was condescending to both me and my husband (on the phone) and if it weren't for the young lady at the service counter (I wish I had gotten HER name but she sits two seats away from Joe) and the Sales Manager (he was very kind) inside who actually TRIED TO MAKE IT RIGHT, I don't know what I would have done. Ultimately, they had the tire replaced, vacuumed the car and said they would cancel the charge for service (a little over $25, so not much). I'm home now, but guess what? No cancellation of the charge. No credit memo. I will check back on Monday but seems like Joe and Brian might have "forgotten" this as well. The oil changes I prepaid when I bought my vehicle just are not worth the hours drive, then this kind of aggravation. Not to mention, I do NOT TRUST THEM at all anymore. They do have some nice people and I may use their sales department again, but there is no way I want to go back for service. I hope that a different Lokey dealer will honor my prepaid oil changes. More
Good but can be better Nice to have non apts. For oil changes. Waiting area is noisy and in the middle of the showroom. Would like it more like Lokey in Clearwater. Away fro Nice to have non apts. Also need a shuttle so while waiting can go home or to the Mall, etc. More

They just replaced the bulb and tried to charge me $57..... I’ll buy an entire new car before I pay $57 for a xxxxing headlight bulb you xxxxing xxxxs More

Upon arrival it only took about five or ten minutes for a technician in the service department to wait on me and get my info. I needed a rental car which I called enterprise for prior to bringing my car in, when I found out that rentals are available from the dealer of I had asked for one when I called. I waited in the showroom where I received a complimentary bottle of water and where the sales staff were as friendly as the service staff, which is saying a lot because the service staff was very gracious. When I came to pick the car up I waited even less time to pay the bill and I was informed of a maintenance item which would likely need replacement at the next service. Overall, I am happy with the entire experience. More
Not very happy with the guys or guy that serviced our truck Not happy with the service we got they broke the radiator and we had to put water in it all the way to Tennessee.
