New brakes - nope wrong car? I had a bad experience on a simple oil change visit and will not be returning to this dealership. I had a 47 mile maintenance appt in September and re I had a bad experience on a simple oil change visit and will not be returning to this dealership. I had a 47 mile maintenance appt in September and replaced all four tires. When purchasing the tires I was told I should have the tires rotated at every oil change and it would be free at the dealership with the purchase of new tires. I returned at 50 K plus or minus a few miles for an oil change with free tire rotation. A neighbor kindly offered to follow me to the dealership at 9:30 so I would not have to wait. Later (10:30) I received a phone call that my car needed new brakes. I was shocked to hear this since I had my car there a few months earlier. Finally at 1:30 I started trying to find out if my car was ready. I started calling and after getting transferred all over Pinellas and Pasco county I found the Port Richey Subaru service department. My car was ready! After 4 hours and 20 minutes trying to get the correct service department my neighbor could return me to the dealership. Upon arrival I was informed oops, wrong car! You didn't need new brakes. WOW...really and no phone call to let me know the car is finished with the oil change???? Terrible terrible customer service. Brian Skelton was out that day...go figure. I'm sure this would not have happened if he were my service representative. More

I was shown the vehicle, test drove it and was asked if I was interested in that car or they had others to show me. I was only interested in the Caddy and was ready to negotiate a good trade. Within a few minutes, we agreed on a price and sealed the deal. At the end, I was informed of the lifetime oil change with every Lokey sale. When it came time, I was told via phone to just bring it to their (local to my home) dealer. I was in and out in a little over an hour, COMPLETELY SATISFIED with Lokey ALL AROUND. 👍👍😊 More
