Quick and Easy I had a problem that was outside of normal service. They were able to fix it that day, in just a few hours and because they had to replace a part inst I had a problem that was outside of normal service. They were able to fix it that day, in just a few hours and because they had to replace a part installed in May, it was under part warranty and I walked out without paying a dime. What is better than that? More

Subaru Service brought the car in due to software pertaining to GPS & Clock. Technician did a software update, once done the GPS has to be reset for it to work prop brought the car in due to software pertaining to GPS & Clock. Technician did a software update, once done the GPS has to be reset for it to work properly. All my presets in Sirius XM had to be reset, and the Blue tooth feature needed to be reset, to allow the feature to download my contact list.After some difficulty and with Gregg's help it was taken care of. All through this process Gregg conduct himself in a professional manner. He did a great job. More

Service Department Brian and Gregg are very friendly and professional and my wife and I are always treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. What we are both unhappy with is that our car is not washed after servicing the reason we could only give a rating of 9 instead of a 10 The Subaru Dealership in Pa where we both came from always washed our car after servicing it.Hopefully the next time we come in for servicing our car will be washed.This ought to be your policy for every car that comes in for servicing. The Subaru Dealership I dealt with in Pa always washed my car after servicing it.Hope to see a change the next time I come in for service. More

Thank you. The service technicians and mechanics here helped me by checking the alignment on my Forester. I was told by another shop my alignment looked as if i The service technicians and mechanics here helped me by checking the alignment on my Forester. I was told by another shop my alignment looked as if it had been in a wreck, and it was not adjustable. The mechanic was able to quickly discredit that claim, and advised me how the camber was adjustable. He performed an alignment to correct the problems created by the other shop. In the end, a few dollars saved would have cost me more in the long run. They really proved themselves to me. Thank you. More
