Wait too long and service not great I went in to get my oil changed, which took about an hour. I asked them if they would do the complimentary wash and vac which they said would take ano I went in to get my oil changed, which took about an hour. I asked them if they would do the complimentary wash and vac which they said would take another 30-45 minutes. I thought that wasn't too bad since it was free! Well...two hours...TWO hours later, my car was done. I was told the manager did it so he took extra time to make sure it was fully done. Well they missed a ton and the back wasn't even done, so I'm sure that was just an excuse. Yes it was free so I can't complain too much, but I wasn't satisfied. The biggest problem though is that they mentioned I had a leak with my shocks and nothing else. I go to turn my car on the next day and I have a dead battery. I looked on the paper they gave me and they marked a bad battery that needed immediate attention. Why did NO ONE tell me this so I could have it replaced while I was there?! I definitely don't recommend going here for service. More
