Reduced Service Excluding the last two times that I brought my vehicle in for service they did a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I perceived this as an added touc Excluding the last two times that I brought my vehicle in for service they did a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I perceived this as an added touch in Subaru's service that was appreciated. Given the lack of this additional service I assune that Subaru has decided to remove this service in order to cut costs at their customers expense. Thus failing to maintain a five star rating. This leaves me wondering what future cost cutting Subaru will implement. Degraded service dos not equate to maintaining a good rating. More
