The Best Customer Service anywhere, period! Exceptional Service - We brought our BRZ in for its first oil change, 6000 miles. We were greeted promptly at our arrival. Walter checked us in, did a quick inspection an We brought our BRZ in for its first oil change, 6000 miles. We were greeted promptly at our arrival. Walter checked us in, did a quick inspection and put our appointment into motion quickly. We waited in the waiting room for the car to be completed. After a short time, the work was done and we were back in the car and on our way. Walter and Brian treat our cars (we have 3 of them from this dealership) as if they were their own car. Making sure the car is in perfect condition when the work is complete, even washed it!! We love our Subarus, and a lot of the reason for that is because they are well taken care of by this dealership, always in excellent condition because they ALWAYS receive exceptional service!! More

Always Excellent I just moved to the area and am pleased to find I can receive the same top notch service from New Port Richey Subaru that I was used to getting from R I just moved to the area and am pleased to find I can receive the same top notch service from New Port Richey Subaru that I was used to getting from Romain Subaru back in Indiana. I used to maintain my own vehicles until I got a Subaru and began letting them do all service so I could stay under warrantee. They strike the perfect balance where you have the luxury of them taking care of everything and still being informed, talked to like an intelligent human being, and having control and choices. More
