Best service, yet Took my '16 Forester in for oil change and general checkup...two days later noticed oil on garage floor. Called Service Center -- they were adamant no Took my '16 Forester in for oil change and general checkup...two days later noticed oil on garage floor. Called Service Center -- they were adamant not to drive it -- called Subaru roadside and they towed it in for me (no charge). Because the oil plug was defective - got another oil change super fast and was on my way.... The people are so friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with -- would recommend this dealer to everyone. More

Continued Great Service My Wife and I each have 2015 Outbacks. Mine is a Premium, & her's a Limited. We have had both serviced since new by Lokey Subaru of Port Richey. We My Wife and I each have 2015 Outbacks. Mine is a Premium, & her's a Limited. We have had both serviced since new by Lokey Subaru of Port Richey. We purchased mine there and her's from another dealer in Clearwater. While only routine service has been needed on both, the quality of service, speed of it's being done, and the attention given by the service department have been top notch. I normally request Brian Skelton as the service writer. He's a good man and will go the extra mile to satisfy your requests. This time with Brian on vacation, I had Walter Miller. He was every bit as accommodating as Brian. Even though the dealership and service department were very busy, my car was finished quickly while I waited. Even though both our cars are beyond the original warranty period, we will continue to come to Lokey of Port Richey even though it is 40 miles from our home. More

Trustworthy and Knowledgeable Staff I go to Subaru of Port Richey because I trust the service team. The other day I was at the dealership to get my 60,000 mile tune up. In my mind I knew I go to Subaru of Port Richey because I trust the service team. The other day I was at the dealership to get my 60,000 mile tune up. In my mind I knew I needed to probably get tires too. Brian took me out to show me how to measure for tread depth. Instead of just selling me tires, he explained why it would be a good idea. He brought me behind the computer and we searched for different types of tires where he was super patient while he explained the numbers that represented the firmness of the rubber etc...The same day when my bill was already sitting at $1400, he came to the waiting room to bring me into the garage so that he and a mechanic could explain/demonstrate what a broken wheel bearing sounded like. It is this kind of transparency from a knowledgeable and friendly staff that makes me proud to take my car to Subaru of Port Richey. It’s hard to let go of $1,700, but because I trust Brian and the service team, it was much easier to do. More
