The interest is in selling a vehicle without knowing all the information or remembering what it means to ensure that everything due to the customer is remembered at the time of signing with the finance agent. Sales agent failed to include several items on dealer "Lokey Protection Package." Sales agent indicated that the charges for this "Package" was set by Subaru. I beg to disagree since the only name on the list was pointing at Subaru Of Port Richey, which means to me "Dealer" set these unreasonable fees and not manufacturer. These Protection Package items costs $6,850. In my personal opinion, I belief the sale would have gone through without installing those mandatory "Subaru" items. Sales representatives need to focus on what the customer is paying for and make sure the customer gets what is due at the conclusion of the sale. More
