Very friendly and helpful even after I broke their X5 sunroof! Did buy a very nice Lexus IS250, that I am loving. My buying experience from start to finish with Subaru of Spokane has without a doubt been the most stress free, non eventful, direct, no nonsense auto buying experience we have ever had. Not only was the professionalism present during all phases of business here, the price for my purchase was competitive with LOCAL dealerships as well. Dollar vs Bell & whistles, all would say maybe even better than Local. We dealt with Aaron Hauer as the Sales Rep. for Subaru of Spokane and just wanted to note that the positive experience that we got from this dealership I would have to say was in direct relationship for the start to finish business practices that this person put forth in portraying honesty and good solid business practices. I would highly recommend that anyone within a reasonable driving distance and looking for a Subaru, shop around, then go visit or give them a call at this dealership and experience the difference. Our vehicle of choice was a 2013 Forester, their were several options that we wanted installed that were not on the vehicle we chose , a 2.5x, what I want to comment on is that all these options, fog light kit, undercoating, all weather package was installed ON TIME, and without any problems. So I would have to say that from sales to service this dealership is in my opinion, going to keep my business. More

I had a specific list of what I wante Eric McMahon went above and beyond the call of duty. I wanted a Subaru, but not just any Subaru would do. I had a specific list of what I wanted my Subaru to be like, including that it be green (to match my house) Every dealership in Washington State had my list. Several called, but always with an excuse of why they couldn't meet all of my specifications. One dealer told me in exasperation, "Lady, your car doesn't exist!" Finally, 3 months into this, Eric called me and told me with great enthusiasm and excitement, "I have your car!' And, indeed he did..right down to the color I wanted. Problem was, I lived in Mansfield and didn't know when I'd be able to get to Spokane for a test drive. "No problem, I'll just bring it to you." McMahon responded. So, Saturday morning, I slept in (hard to do) took a hot shower, had my cup of coffee, and right about 9 am Eric pulled into my driveway with my Subaru. It was perfect! (And remains so) We compledted the paperwork at my kitchen table, and along with my purchase a very generous 60 day warranty was included to add to my peace of mind.
