My overall experience in buying my first car from Subaru of Spokane was positive. The only complaint that I have is that I was given a guarantee that if anything were to happen to my car mechanical or anyt of Spokane was positive. The only complaint that I have is that I was given a guarantee that if anything were to happen to my car mechanical or anything else, I was to bring back the car immediately and have them fix it for no cost to me. Well my luck, after owning it for 4 days, someone shot my passenger door with a bb gun. It chipped the paint and left a dent in it. I brought it back and ended up talking to several people who eventually led me to their shop. They told me it was going to cost me $600 to fix a tiny hole in my door. All I wanted and all I asked for was to put a patch on it to keep it from rusting. I told them the guarantee I was promised but no one would follow through or even call the dealership about it. I am disappointed that I was not given the guarantee I was promised, but my overall car buying experience was nothing but positive and I will be coming back to the dealership to buy my next car. More

Craig and Sonny were awesome! I had previously gone to a different dealership to purchase a 2014 Forester and they wouldn't help me at all. My sister called Craig to help me out as she had bought her Fores different dealership to purchase a 2014 Forester and they wouldn't help me at all. Salesman Steve Blue appeared busy when we arrived at the show room entirely unannounced, but stopped what he was doing and quickly focused his attention on us to provide the answers to our questions. We bought our vehicle through the Costco Auto purchase program, and Steve made the decision & purchasing process quite simple. He went above and beyond by staying late to finalize the purchase on the day our vehicle arrived, and even came back the following day on his day off to finish up the process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to ensure that we understood the vehicle and all of it's controls ect.Tyler in finance was pleasant and professional as well and working them both made the purchasing a breeze. We would buy from Steve and this dealership again, and have already made recommendations to a family member to meet with Steve. More

He did not oversell us as he knew we are a returning customer (since our purchase of our 2000 and 2011 Forester and working with Dustin: all 10's. After having a terrible experience at Parker Subaru in Post Falls we decided to go across state lines and give subaru of Spokane a chance.Drew was very upfront an honest throughout the whole process.My on Post Falls we decided to go across state lines and give subaru of Spokane a chance.Drew was very upfront an honest throughout the whole process.My only complaint is after he was finished with his part of the paperwork it took nearly 2 and a half hours to go in and talk to the finance manager and nearly an hour to finish paperwork with them.I would only suggest maybe being better staffed in that department. We appreciated Mike's help in chosing our new 2014 Subaru Forester Limited. We never felt pressured and i personally appreicate that. I appreciated when he took us out for a test drive that we were able to drive on a rough road as he wanted us to see how well the car handled. It handled very well and the ride is so smooth. I felt he gave an honest opinion or suggestion to what I wanted. Mike kept us informed on the status of the car as the color we picked was not in Spokane. We were expecting it on Oct 25th and to Mike's surprise it came in a week early and it was such a nice surprise for us as well and to be on weekend was even more fun we had time to enjoy the car even more. We will continue to recommend Spokane Subaru and Mike to everyone. We have my 2009 Forester, and our son owns a 2010, as well as my sister-in-law who owns a 2011 and I have a 2014.
