Danny Thomas introduced Mimie and I to Mike Doak and over two days we figured out which Forester we were going to buy while at the same time sharing good conversations with Mike. Neither Mike nor Mary rushed us or made us feel like we were being hustled and we appreciated that after having had a bad experience with David Ju at the "old" Subaru store before the "new" Subaru store moved downtown. That experience with David Ju cost Lithia $500 and Subaru $500, a total of $1,000. So, again, dealing with Mike and Mary was a positive and good experience. We are willing to pay what we need to pay but we like being treated with respect, and that is exactly how Mike and Mary treated us. More

As soon as I walked in the doors I was automatically showered with hellos and how can I help yous! And being a first time buyer I was a bit nervous but when I began talking Aaron he made me feel comfortable. What made me feel better was the fact that he actually told me the pros and cons of each car which most dealers don't do. When I decided on a car Aaron made sure to go through each line of all the paperwork with me to make sure I agreed with everything I was signing. That day I left with my car and have been happy with it ever since!!! When I had to come back a few days later to correct some paperwork I saw Aaron again though he was busy with customers so I left not getting a chance to talk and I ended up getting a phone call from him making sure everything was alright! Through all the car shopping I did to find the car I wanted I never had such great customer service and I will definitely go back and even reccomended them!! More
