Tom, the Service Manage, is what I call Super First Class when it comes to knowing your customer and being of assistance to accommodate their respective needs. We had to adjust our service due to a family emergency and Tom assisted us to make it happen to our needs. When we brought in our Outback for its 3,000 complementary service, Tom was just as accommodating. Since we purchased our Outback last November, we have recommended Stohlman to some of our friends who were in the market for a new car, primarily due to the super service by Tom and his staff. More

Love Stohlman of Sterling! This is the third car we have leased from Stohlman. Our first one was in the Herndon location and we loved it. We have had 2 Forresters and our latest vehicle is an Outback. These vehicles are very reliable, service is reasonably priced and the staff is amazing. I went in for an oil change the other day and it only took 30 minutes. I waited in a lovely waiting area with free coffee, tea, water.....and could relax knowing I would have my vehicle back shortly. I'm sure when our lease is up in January, 2017, we will look again at Stohlman Subaru. More
