Promised several things after the sale, none of it was followed up on, staff from salesman to finance manager would not return calls or emails, until they realized they needed me to sign more paperwork because they screwed it up, then they were all about finding me. I have bought from Goldstein Subaru and I felt not only that I got a better deal but staff were way more professional. Do yourself a favor, just go there and skip Carbone, you will thank me later.
