The representative was nice. I got a loaner car but wished it was at least washed. When I opened the trunk, my hand was already dirty. I left my car overnight. I guess I’m used to Toyota which is part of the service and I had to pay to service my car even this is a lease. Unlike Toyota, it was a free service. Steve told me it cost around $20 for tire rotation. Well, it was $70. Ugh. Can’t blame it on inflation since I service my car in about 8 months later. More

Usually a decent experience. This time my appointment was at 10:00. I didn’t get out of there until 1:20. Went in for an oil change and inspection. I declined the new tires and This time my appointment was at 10:00. I didn’t get out of there until 1:20. Went in for an oil change and inspection. I declined the new tires and the bulb that was blown. $83.00 to change a bulb is ridiculous. So instead of putting the tires back on and finishing up. My car sat there with the tires off while lunch break came. After lunch they finally put the car back together. They also wanted to put new rear brakes on. According to the video the only reason it would not pass inspection is because of the marker light and front driver tire. I got it inspected someplace else. Bulb changed done deal. None of this other crap. It was just a way to try to get money. More
