Dealership salesperson(Remi) and the finance manager were very good. Delivery specialist was very good. But, the MySubaru app will not work for me, and no one can get it to work. I have had tickets created very good. Delivery specialist was very good. But, the MySubaru app will not work for me, and no one can get it to work. I have had tickets created by the MySubaru helpdesk, Subaru customer advocacy department, as well as Starlink. I have a case number as well. All three have promised that I would get a callback from someone in IT services. It’s been three weeks and I have heard nothing and gotten no satisfaction. I rate all three 0 out of five stars. Worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had. Again, this is not the dealership. They were fine. It’s very sad that Subaru was very willing to accept my $41,000 for the car, but now I’m getting no satisfaction at all with this worthless app.👎👎👎👎👎 More
