Best dealership I have ever visited !!! We did know our sales clerk that had sent us a message on a style of car we were looking for. Only women sales clerk on the floor, the best! I have highly recommended this place to all interested potential car shoppers in our area, and even though it is almost a 3 hour drive to get there from our small little town, I would go back there myself or any of my family needs in a heart beat!! When we decided to try out Subaru, we were pleasantly surprised. Thanks to Jimmy's help, I was able to schedule an appointment to see the vehicles we were interested in, and make the purchase on a time that was right for me. The team went above and beyond in learning what exactly we were looking for and showing us what met our needs. Even the purchase experience was fantastic and only took one hour. Didn't have to meet with three different people over a course of three hours, that were going to talk me into spending more money. So thankful for the experience! More
I was disappointed I couldn't purchase something from AJ We came into Subaru of Wichita looking for a used car. AJ greeted us and asked us a few questions about what we are looking for. I basically wanted one of 3 cars(Outback, Crosstour, Venza) with under 100k miles and under $13000. So basically a unicorn. AJ took the time to show us a few things but at that moment. They just didnt have what we were looking for. He took our info and said he would keep his eye out for something. He called us a few times after that to let us know what had been traded in. Not in an annoying way, Just an FYI and no pressure ever from him or the whole staff. In the end I found what I was looking for at another dealership in another town and purchased from them. On our way down to test drive the car we received a call from AJ just checking in with us and seeing how the search was going. Told him we were on the way to test drive 2 Outbacks in another town. Even after I told him we were going to probably buy one of them which we ended up doing. He took the time to ask questions about both and gave us tips on what to look for between the two models and gave his recommendation on which to buy. What sales men helps sell a car he isn't selling????? AJ apparently. I actually felt sad he didn't have what we wanted right at that moment because I wanted to buy a car from him. No Sharks! Had been searching for good used Subaru Outback. Found two at rival dealership in town, but upon inspection was pressured by salesperson. Wouldn't answer specific questions about vehicles, and didn't seem to know much about them. One had a cracked tail light that he dismissed and the other a missing interior door panel. Just didn't feel comfortable. Left to see recently listed Outback at Subaru of Wichita (KS). Had been at dealership in past narrowing my model choices and had always been treated with respect. This time, they located the vehicle (fresh from detailing), allowed me to drive the Outback, then think about it overnight. Next day, returned to the dealership to close the deal. Only glitch was a bit of pressure to purchase an extended warranty, but this was out of concern I may have regrets in the event of a breakdown rather than trying to make more money. It is VERY satisfying to deal with a business that doesn't operate on commissioned sales and has the long-term best interest of the customer at heart. I highly recommend Subaru of Wichita for anyone that is looking for a good new or used vehicle, regardless of the reason. More

Very Professional & Helpful I have been shopping around for a specific model GMC and noticed online there was a slightly used one at Subaru of Wichita. I was going to be buying t I have been shopping around for a specific model GMC and noticed online there was a slightly used one at Subaru of Wichita. I was going to be buying the vehicle out of state and shipping to a different state I was moving to. From the start they were more then helpful breaking down the procedures and fees. Emilee was nice enough to do a FaceTime with me to walk me around the vehicle and show me around in a virtual tour while I made my decision. I have never worked with such a nice and honest sales employee it really went a long way in my decision to proceed with my purchase. Emilee has been great to provide me with all the proper paperwork and schedule shipping of the vehicle. I was able to get the whole process finished and truck shipped within a week of the process. If only there was an Emilee at all dealerships she truly was a joy to work with. Thanks again! More

Very disappointed I purchased a new Forester (2016) I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Every time I take the vehicle to be serviced I am told they can't I purchased a new Forester (2016) I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Every time I take the vehicle to be serviced I am told they can't find the issue. I live 3 hours from the dealership and the vehicle had been towed there and still "nothing is wrong with it" dummy lights come on and vehicle loses power and still "nothing is wrong with it." I would not recommend Subaru of Wichita to anyone! I did my research and bought a Subaru because they are supposed to be very reliable. I feel like I got a vehicle with issues and the Customer service has been horrible! I plan to get rid of this vehicle as soon as possible and will never again buy a Subaru because of the lack of service I have gotten with this purchase. Very disappointed as I had such high expectations of this vehicle. Subaru did not make things right in my situation. More

The worst service I have never had this bad of an experience with a dealership and with a car sales man. I would never do business with this company/dealership ever. But yet I was suggested cars I didn't want. I was ready to put cash down to pay for the vehicle I wanted to buy but yet they wanted me to pay the same amount listed. I don't think so...
