We Came in Expecting the Typical Car Lot Behavior My husband went to Subaru of Wichita today expecting the "normal" experience. Normal for us (we DO NOT have good credit AT ALL), has been: Hi....check your credit score....Oh...well, here are your options. Then,we get to look at very high mileage vehicles that we know if we buy, we might get about a year of no repairs needed. After that, repair after repair while still making monthly payments. Instead I was spoken to and treated like a first-class citizen, and given great options. Including a 2015 vehicle! All the while, these people held the door open, smiled, offered me lunch..most of all...my credit score was not an issue. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Kia, oh and they even helped us save money on our car AND renters insurance! My husband is a medically retired Wichita Police Officer, and was thanked more than once for his service. Amazing customer service, and you could tell this was the norm for them. I will recommend everyone I know to shop there first. More

Maybe some folks go for the snarky, cocky, winner-take-all, take-no-prisoners approach. Not me, or the people here at Subaru of Wichita. Think VALUE people. Checked out the main publications. Drove almost every mid size sedan make and learned tons and talked to at least one sales person at each dealership. Met a lot of great folks, but it amazed me how much turn over there is at car dealerships. Two salespeople were gone when I returned a few days later. They are often disorganized or too high pressure and it results in a very bad experience. Conversely Subaru of Wichita was a breath of new car air. Travis greeted me like an old friend, treated me with respect and tolerance and Adrian was incredibly wise, level-headed and knowledgable. You MUST talk to these two if you are buying a car. Start here, but more importantly end here! Buy here! I challenge anyone in Wichita to do more research and get better value than I did. They let me do a side by side comparison of another vehicle and let me test drive both on a dirt road so I could really feel the AWD and holy cow is it bad xxx!!! Purchased the Legacy limited and rocked that Harman Kardon stereo system down the road. The safety features including EyeSight were staggering and sets Subaru ahead of their competition. Sukarno was helpful too, and Mike Williams is great if you are looking for a used car. What are you saying? Yeah, I might be on a new car high, can't hear you very well because of the awesome music coming out of the speakers of my new Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited with Harman Kardon stereo system. Did I mention it had that :) More
Great Dealership, Absolutly no pressure. I purchase another vehicle from a different local dealership a few month ago and just felt wore out by the time we were done with everything. The salesman basically disappeared after the deal was made and left us to deal with the finance people. At Subaru of Wichita, we were always greeted and treated like we were important for reasons other than just buying a vehicle, Throughout the entire process of agreeing on price, dealing with finance, warrantees, etc with different individuals, Travis ,our salesman kept checking in us and was always around to answer questions. He was very thourogh in explaining all the vehicles features. I was so relaxed by the time we were done I felt guilty. It should be harder to buy a vehicle. More

I was able to get a deal that made me happy without much hassle. I told them what I wanted (within reason) for price and they made it happen without the sleazy antics you might encounter elsewhere. Being inexperienced with manual transmissions, I really appreciate John taking the extra time to give me some tips and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot. More

Travis Nebergall and John Goldsmith provided nothing but an excellent buying experience. Not only extremely knowledgeable about Subaru, they both made sure my experience was timely, and painless. These salesmen are true professionals and had my best interest in mind. I will recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Subaru and look forward to seeing Travis and John on my next service visit. I'm very loyal to Subaru and now after this experience will be a Subaru owner for life. More

Smooth processs! I have bought cars before and left exhausted by the end. I only had a short amount of time and was able to get everything done in about 3 hours.
