My husband and I took our Outback in for an oil change, and came out with an order for our new dream Outback. We were fortunate to talk with John G., who is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. John anticipated each and every question and concern we had, and answered them even before we asked. What, is he clairvoyant!? He explained Subaru's Guaranteed Trade-in Value, which made sense to us. In our 60's, we knew what features we wanted/needed in a car for us and our 4 Golden Retrievers, but it was Subaru's new high tech safety features that snapped our socks! Our car insurance premium actually decreased because of those innovative safety ufeatures. John quickly located the model (and color) we were interested in, and within 4 days we were driving it off the lot. 4 miles on the odometer. Without asking, he managed and delivered sweet discounts on a hitch and sunshade. Again, he went above and beyond. That is much appreciated professional salesmanship. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that John is a nearby neighbor, but more importantly a new friend. Thank you John! More
