Subaru wasn't even on my radar as a possibility but they had the three vehicles I wanted to test on the lot so I decided to give them a shot. I was impressed with Travis from the beginning. He was willing to show me exactly what I wanted, he was extremely knowledgeable about each of the vehicles, and he was excited about Subaru. Even though it was a few months between when we first looked and our purchase he did not constantly call and pressure me, which I was thankful for. When we did purchase, he remembered us and took care of us quickly and efficiently. On pick up, I was on a time schedule, so because Travis was with another client, Brandon, stepped in and went over the manual with us rather than having us sit around and wait.. He was friendly, humorous, and extremely helpful. We were very happy with our experience at Subaru. We sat down with Travis to discuss our budget and the type of vehicle we were looking for. Within an hour he had found a car on their lot that matched our specifications, our budget, offered to fix some minor cosmetic imperfections it had, and gave us without haggling what we wanted out of our trade in. He stayed late past his shift to make sure that we were taken care of and sent us packing in a new to us vehicle with a full tank of gas and free car washes For Life! This car buying experience rates far and above that of previous dealerships I have visited. He made us comfortable, was courteous, professional, had a good sense of humor and did a reasonable job of putting up with my bs. Thanks to him I don't have to listen to my wife complain about her old car anymore, a true P0S, and can take comfort in the fact that my wife and kids will be driving around in a safe and reliable vehicle.
