He allowed us to drive a number of different cars which helped us to narrow down our choices. Travis was very knowledgeable about each car we looked at. At first we seriously considered a 2015 Subaru Impreza Sport but finally decided to economize and find a pre-owned vehicle. Our VW Tiguan fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely shop Subaru of Wichita for any future car purchases. More

Great car, great service When my husband and I went into the Subaru dealership, I was basically already set on buying a different brand of vehicle. I told my husband, since I was going to be the one driving it, that I would go test drive a Subaru, just to get the option off the table, so I could go back and purchase the vehicle I really wanted. At first the salesman really seemed intent on talking just with my husband, which frustrated me, as this was a car I would be driving a majority of the time. It was hot, and I was in no mood to have to listen to someone have not much interest in me, so I visited with my husband and we left. I was very frustrated. It was over a holiday weekend, and since I had a day off, I again decided to give the Subaru a shot, since we never did test drive one. The original salesman wasn't in, but on our second visit we took a test drive with Travis. During this exchange, I felt much more like my needs and desires were asked about and discussed. I was absolutely blown away with the Subaru Outback, and was totally amazed how much I loved the vehicle. Both salesmen worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted, and did so in a very timely manner. We had a great experience, and I have no problem recommending this dealership for future customers. I expressed my initial concerns, and am appreciative at how they worked so diligently with us. I have always known I wanted a Subaru but I had no clue where to start. After some looking online we checked out a few cars in Lawrence and Topeka, however the dealerships we dealt with there did nothing to ease my anxiety. At these places I felt talked down to and pressured and it was really making the process miserable. But Subaru of Wichita was completely different from beginning to end. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to take advantage of me and a first time buyer. They were really accommodating and willing to work with us so I could get the car of my dreams! Everyone also did a great job of explaining things to me simply but without making me feel like an idiot. They made sure I had a clear understanding of everything and didn't have any surprise costs. Buying a car is stressful, everyone at Subaru of Wichita did a great job of easing my stress and making me feel comfortable. Plus I absolutely ADORE my Subaru!!!! More

We came in looking for a new car to support our growing family, and they helped us get exactly what we wanted. I came in with the intention of getting an Outback. After not being able to find the exact car I wanted, they gave me a few options. We ended up special ordering a new one to get the options we desired. We met with Jesse Powers on our first visit and made sure to stick with him the entire time. He was great. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles they offered, but he was very professional and patient during every encounter . He kept us constantly updated from the beginning of our purchase to the delivery. It was a wonderful experience, there was never any of the pressure you feel when you visit most dealerships. Even the final purchase was simple. We sat down and reviewed everything, making sure the terms of the sale we acceptable to both parties. Even once we finished the sale, Jesse still took the time to go through every option on the car and offer any assistance we may have needed with enjoying the full experience our new car has to offer. I can not recommend this place enough. I am fully convinced this will be the place I take my car to for servicing as well as making the next personal purchase.
