I emailed Demetrius again when I was ready to look again and even though he had moved to a different department and location I heard back from Jesse within half an hour (or less) and had a time set up to come look at cars. He made sure the cars I was interested in were available to drive and didn't make me feel rushed while looking at them or test driving them. He listened to my concerns and questions and worked to address them or find the information I needed. In the end I purchased a car that is a great fit for what I need. Everyone else I worked with was very friendly and helpful as well. They all cared more about getting me in the right car, rather than just any car! More
