I was waiting to deal with Jesse Powers and I would guess ten people asked if I had been helped, and you don't always find that customer service anymore. Jesse was awesome to work with, I would highly recommend him to any and everyone looking for a new or used car! The first thing he asked was how much do you want to spend and how much do you want your payments to be. Knowing that information he didn't show me cars that were out of my price range. After I told him what I was looking for he said, he immediately had a used car in mind. We looked at it, test drove it and bought it all in the same afternoon. I also dealt with Spencer Zimmer, he was also very helpful and great to work with. He wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and he succeeded! Finally I dealt with Samuel Cheyney for financing, he was very helpful and efficient. Buying a car from a dealership that doesn't work off commission is defiantly an enjoyable experience. Having people trying to find exactly what you want even if it is cheaper. Its very nice not being pushed to buy the more expensive car. I had a great experience. Sad that I didn't get to work with Matt I've had so many annoying experiences with car salespeople that I didn't even want to give out my phone number when I first contacted Subaru online. So you can imagine how UNfriendly I must have seemed when Matthew Friskey first dealt with me. But Matt handled the situation perfectly and I was very impressed with him. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful, but I can't say enough how comfortable Matt made sure I was with the process--and he was so very NOT annoying!! :) I was actually sad that the (used) vehicle I really wanted was at another lot. You guys had a similar one that was a better deal! It just didn't have the options I needed. Please share my thank you with Matt (also to Adrian and Justin @ Super Car Guys West). I also need to mention the 90 day 3000 mile warranty on a used vehicle with a $100 deductible, I am blown away!
