When you buy at Subaru , you get more than a car! In September 2014 my husband and I traded in a used Focus that I had on a high interest loan for two newer, nicer, better quality all around vehicles In September 2014 my husband and I traded in a used Focus that I had on a high interest loan for two newer, nicer, better quality all around vehicles for $70 more a month than what I was paying for the high interest loan. It was the best stress free car buying experience I ever had Jesse was amazing and they really taught me a lot about buying a car. The talked to us about the importance of resale value and gap insurance . I felt like they really took interest in our family situation and helped us pick the right cars and the right products for our future as well. Last week I had an accident in one of the cars I purchased, it was deemed totaled by the insurance company . As going through the process of figuring out what to do I thought thank goodness so many times I bought gap and that the team I had at Subaru had looked out for us with explaining it as option. If we did not have GAP I would still owe money on a car that I could not drive. Also during this time I had learned that the old focus I had was listed on our credit report as a repossession which was so inaccurate! It affected our credit score so bad that I was worried until it lifted there was no way to get a decent loan to replace my car. After getting insurance settlement taken care my next call was to Jesse Powers at Subaru. The first question I was asked from anyone at Subaru was if I was ok and that the most important thing was I that I was not hurt.. Every single person on that Subaru team asked me that . Jesse and Spencer went above and beyond or me and my family. Those guys really went to bat for me to get the financing I deserved and not what was on paper with this inaccurate report. Not just that, Spencer has been helping with getting this repossession disputed off my credit. These guys at Subaru took time to get to know me the first time I bought cars and stood up for me like family the second time. Jesse is the best, he is so patient and knowledgeable .He is great at showing you options that work for you, not just a car they want to sell it is never about that with them they want you to have the right fit and be happy! Best dealership to purchase from ever!! I feel like when you buy a car there you don't just buy a car you buy into a community and family that is there or you whenever you need them again. Due to the help of my team at Subaru in less than a week I had everything going with the payoff on my old car, and I am now in a 2009 Mazda 5 to replace the 2007 Toyota Matrix I had. They were able to get me a great interest rate again and a great new car with an awesome payment, warranty and gap protection. When I left the dealership I was almost in tears because I was just so touched at the service I got from these guys at Subaru they really took care of me and looked out for me and not just to sell a car but because they gave a crap about me personally. I am so grateful to them and really value the relationship I have with the team at Subaru. Best Sales and Finance team ever!!
