I am a die hard Subaru lover, and this is true of my last Subaru which was run into the ground, lovingly of course. I was in need of replacing my Subaru and I already knew nothing else was going to do but another Subaru. Originally I had a 2000 Outback, but wanted to down size and increase the mpg. I actually found a used 2013 Impreza on the ridehomehappy.com website through Subaru of Wichita, KS. I called up John who I had previously seen a few months prior and asked if the car was still available. Not only was the buying process made simple for me, but I felt confident that I was paying a fair price for the vehicle on my own. Subaru of Wichita also gave me a great trade in offer on my old Subaru to help with the transition into my new Impreza. When I was traveling home the day I purchased my new car, I realized that I could not find the cruise control. I thought this was odd, thinking I know I saw it on their website. Called John, asked if I was mistaken. John called me back the next day and told me the dealership was going to install cruise control for me, for FREE. Really, how awesome is that?! This overall experience for a first time buyer has been awesome and can be attributed the great costumer service of John and the team at Subaru of Wichita. Now if your in the mood for them to call you a lot after the purchase to make sure everything is keeping you happy, then this dealership is one for the record books. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, will come back in the future for my next vehicle. More

I HAD FUN! Before coming to Subaru of Wichita, I had determined that I would drive all five of the top-rated small SUVs on the market--two before the Forester an Before coming to Subaru of Wichita, I had determined that I would drive all five of the top-rated small SUVs on the market--two before the Forester and two after the Forester. BUT, when I got to Subaru of Wichita, I didn't leave quickly as I had at other dealers. I hung around and enjoyed learning about and driving the Forester. Amazingly, I learned a huge amount, but felt no pressure, thanks to Zach Bryant. He delivered service in a very personal manner, making sure that he understood what I wanted from a new vehicle. Zach was very knowledgeable, as well as concerned that my wishes for a car were met. I left your dealership about two hours later and kinda felt that I had found the car I sought. Yet, I went on to drive the remaining two vehicles I had targeted. I found myself back at Subaru the following evening. Again, I was granted leisure time to look without a "hard sell" from Jesse Powers, who facilitated that visit. Jesse's excitement about his Subaru product was contagious. He was happy that I was excited about the Forester. The next day, I returned and selected the Forester that worked best for me. BUT, that car was not on your lot! Markus Morris found the exact car I wanted at an out-of-state Subaru dealer. He also worked hard at finding an agreeable deal. In less than 36 hours, I was in my new Forester after closing the deal with the help of Alex Duncan! Alex is organized and efficient, but demonstrated his "kind" side as we inspected the vehicle before finalization. Talk about service!! All of it was great!! Subaru of Wichita gets my top ratings!! Car buying was actually FUN!! More

Great dealer, not your typical experience... Super happy about my experience, this is the second Subaru I have purchased from dealer and I have been happy both times. Crayons, kids table, legos & toys to keep the kids entertained while the grown ups did business. We started out looking for a used, but ended up taking home a new car, but not due to pressure sales. They gave us a great value for our trade and made financing easy! They definitely made it worth the trip from Lawrence. We have already recommended them to family & friends. More

So while I was waiting for them to finish up some service on the car I decided to stop by Subaru to see what they had in stock. I explained to them what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. Adrian told me under no circumstances do I go back to Davis Moore because today was my lucky day and he would meet every expectation. Travis and Adrian did just that! I got the car I wanted and with a price that was to good to be true. By the time I left Subaru I was in tears because they met every expectation and the staff was freakin amazing. If your ever out buying car go to Subaru. They will meet every need and put you in the car your looking for and if they don't have it on their lot they will go find it for you. More
