I really was made to feel that I was the only customer on the lot, when in fact, the dealership was full of interested car shoppers! I did not have time for a test drive the day I first visited the dealership, but Jesse worked with me to set up a time I could travel to Wichita for the drive. While on the test drive he demonstrated the many features of the car, and patiently tended me as I navigated myself through all the Forester has to offer! I was sold!! A week later when I picked up the new Forester, the sales team explained all the paperwork to me. The process was painless, and I was in and out within an hour. Jesse has since kept in touch with me via email, phone calls, and thoughtful notes. I would recommend Subaru of Wichita to everyone. I love my new vehicle, and am thankful that Jesse Powers was there to assist me. More

What a Great Team of People We had thought a Subaru Outback would be our next new car. So off we went and met with Travis Nebergall and Adrian Hicks; we test drove with Travis and when we got closer to the purchase Travis let me take an Outback on my own so I could further experience the vehicle. After the drive, we new we needed to buy one and sat down with Travis and Adrian to finalize the details. Both Travis and Adrian were extremely professional and answered all our questions. We are now the proud owners of a new Outback 3.6 and couldn't be happier. We'd also like to compliment Alex who assisted with finance paperwork. Friendly, very helpful! I went to Subaru just to test drive and do some comparison shopping for my next vehicle. I'd already done a lot of Consumer Reports research, so the n I went to Subaru just to test drive and do some comparison shopping for my next vehicle. I'd already done a lot of Consumer Reports research, so the next step was to drive the cars that looked good on paper. Jesse greeted me and asked me some questions about what I was looking for. While the XV Crosstrek was on my list to drive, Jesse suggested that I drive the Forester as well, because it seemed to fit the category of vehicle I was looking for. I ended up really liking the Forester. Ultimately we found a 2011 Forester that fit the bill perfectly for us. Jesse was always helpful, friendly, easy to communicate with, and most importantly - NOT CREEPY. As I mentioned, I'd already done research, and was actively out test-driving several makes and models at different dealerships, and I was reminded how uncomfortable a car shopping experience can be. It was a relief to just feel relaxed and excited about the process at the Subaru dealership, and to not feel like I needed to run away as quickly as possible. The Subaru dealership was great in every aspect of the experience. Every person I came in contact with was helpful, polite, and made me feel completely at ease. Thanks guys - great job! Lora More
