I honestly couldn't have had a more pleasant car buying experience. I first visited the dealership several months prior to purchasing my vehicle in order to test drive and compare a few models. Despite explaining to the sales staff that I had no intention of making a purchase at that time, they were incredibly friendly and hospitable, going out of their way to answer questions and earn my business. They patiently explained to me the various safety features of the vehicles I was interested in as well as the philosophy behind Subaru's engineering (why their cars are designed and built the way they are). Mr. Cheyney followed up with me several times subsequent to my initial visit, but at no time did I feel as if he was pressuring me to make a decision. He emphasized it was important to them that I wait until the time was right to purchase the vehicle. When my wife and I returned to the dealership, the staff was again courteous and welcoming. They were able to get me a competitive interest rate with affordable payments and a down payment within my budget. After completing all the necessary paperwork, Mr. Cheyney personally introduced me to their service and parts department. And since purchasing the vehicle, he has again followed up several times to ensure my satisfaction and answer any questions.
