The service people at Subaru of Wichita have always been very nice to me. I went in with a car problem, not very happy, and they still handled everything very professional. The service manager even came out into the waiting room to make sure everybody was doing okay and asked if there was any problems. Great visit. More

I remember my son telling about the time he went looking for his dream car, A Ford Mustang. However, the salesperson looked at him and said, as a person that travel's everyday, you should drive this Other Car, it will be better for You,,,,,, Not happening So a few days later He went back to that Dealership and waved at that Sales person from his brand new 2007, Grabber Orange, Roush Mustang. - Wow what a ride she was,,,, Well let me tell you. I am glad that I meet Sam first, Saved me from running all around town. Got me on the road sooner. The other reason that I will be returning to Subaru Of Wichita is the teamwork. Its open business concept makes you feel like you are setting with Family. Oh and some of them are very funny... We recently took delivery on a 2014 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited and are very happy with our purchase. We test drove over a dozen similar vehicles, and the Outback was at the top of the list in meeting our Limited and are very happy with our purchase. We test drove over a dozen similar vehicles, and the Outback was at the top of the list in meeting our requirements. The Outback has the right blend of looks, performance, value, and utility that meets our active retired lifestyle. The more we drive it, the more we realize it was the right choice for us. I was also quite pleased with the sales experience at this dealership. Upon arriving, I was met promptly by Tyrus Hutton and after assessing what we were looking for, he recommended we look at the Outback. Spencer Zimmer joined us soon after and we cruised the car lot looking at features, options, and trim levels to determine what we wanted. We test drove a vehicle, but decide to drive some others before making the final decision. We appreciated the low pressure sales atmosphere and the aggressive low pricing quoted us, because I hate haggling! We returned about 2 weeks later and initiated the purchase. I was pleased that Spencer did a search to locate a vehicle with the options we wanted, and with the relatively low deposit required to reserve it. It was trucked in a few days and we returned to complete the transaction. Spencer went over the various financing options, and Tyrus filled out the paperwork for the loan application and sales. The process was painless and it took all of 20 minutes to get the credit approval. Upon completion of the sale, Tyrus took the time to introduce us to the Parts and Service Department personnel. They were genuinely interested in what we purchased and looked forward to future dealings with us. This is important to me, because I’ll spend a lot more time interacting with Parts and Service than the Sales force while I own the vehicle. I was also pleased with the layout and amenities in the waiting area, as I’ll obviously return to have my car serviced as needed. I have previously owned more “upscale” cars in the past (Mercedes, Acura) and overall, the sales experience at Subaru of Wichita has been superior to those past purchases. Please give my best regards to Spencer, Tyrus, and your Parts and Service staff for a job well done. I love my Subaru! More

Travis and Spencer were awesome. I've never purchased a new car before and they made it effortless. I gave them some basic information and they handled everything. They kept me informed with everything going on through financing and the steps needed to finalize my purchase. There was no pressure to buy or anything of that nature. I felt right at home with the guys and everybody at the dealership was very friendly. Many people I never spoke with approached me and congratulated me by name and even knew my purchase. They all seem to know what's going on and the overall feel of the dealership was friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking for a car. Their integrity' honesty and knowledge were the deciding factors in my decision.The outward look of the Dealership was impressive as was the staff.
