Everyone and I mean EVERYONE who worked there was welcoming, positively helpful and really seemed to enjoy working there. I was not pestered to buy, but was not ignored either. The dealership building is set up to make customers comfortable and always food and are offered. The online inventory website is easy to navigate for us older folks. It has complete info on all cars available without the annoying popups so many of the other dealers have. Picture are accurate and show all sides, exterior and exterior. I didn't think I could get a loan on a newer vehicle but fell in love with 2012 Suzuki Grand Vitara. They made it happen for me and I am so thankful. More

Travis was one of the single most friendly and helpful employees I've ever worked with at a dealership. I initially put a deposit down on a BRZ that was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks, but the shipment got delayed from Japan for several extra weeks. Instead of just telling me to wait, Spencer and Travis worked tirelessly to locate another dealership with an identical vehicle in order to do a dealer trade and get the vehicle trucked in as soon as possible. Even though I had to wait a little bit longer than originally planned, the experience of working with the guys here was well worth the wait. As was getting the right car. More

This was my second visit to the dealership both Travis and Spencer were both very patient with my decision and Spencer showed paperwork on approximately 6 different vehicles explaining payments, warrantie and Spencer were both very patient with my decision and Spencer showed paperwork on approximately 6 different vehicles explaining payments, warranties, and service but finally finding the right Subaru for me. Both Travis and Spencer were very knowledgeable in their vehicles. I felt no pressure at Wichita, Subaru on buying a vehicle. They gave me a good trade in value on both vehicles that I traded in. This was the best car-buying experience I have had. Sam listened to what I was wanting, answered all of my questions, and gave me lots of information that helped me make up my mind. Noone at the dealershi listened to what I was wanting, answered all of my questions, and gave me lots of information that helped me make up my mind. Noone at the dealership put any pressure on me at all, and they showed me the invoice and were completely transparent about the price as well. They also got me excellent financing. And, finally, Sam even drove 1 hour each way to give me a ride to the dealership! Sam and everyone there reminded me of what really good salesmen are about -- helping their customers and taking pride in the quality of their product. I recommend this dealership and Sam Steele highly. More
