I've only had several car buying experiences but this one by far was the best I've ever experienced. All 4 guys that I worked with were outstanding in their customer service, were never pushy, gave me a one by far was the best I've ever experienced. So there was never much dispute about the price negotiation. They followed up with me weekly after my first trip to the dealership. I had been car shopping for a while and was being bombarded by salesmen from all over. I had decided on the Crosstrek, but inventory near my area was low. The dealerships in my area were making promises they could not keep, nor would they back off , and they lied to me. Then I saw the inventory on line of Subaru of Wichita. They had a wide selection, were up front with the manufacturers deals, ( something another Dealership lied to me about), and answered all my questions. They called me back at hours I had asked them to.This was a big one for me , it told me they were listening to me. Spencer was great. He took care of everything.Without pressure. he was patient , and told me what I needed. to know, not just what I wanted to hear. Financing was easy thru this dealership, no haggling. All transactions were prompt and thorough. And when they said they could deliver it to my front door, I did not believe it. But here it is, parked in my driveway, and now the keys are mine . I am off to start a new adventure. Thanks to all of you at Subaru of Wichita. I dreaded this experience for a long time. My past experiences of buying a car are over. You have renewed my faith. Gained my trust, and I will tell anyone and everyone that asks, I will not buy another vehicle from any other dealership, that cannot offer everything that you have promised and fulfilled.
