Scott Estes was an extremely nice, low pressure guy who was very enjoyable to talk to as was Brian Hensley who fixed my Land Rover, did a beautiful job, on time and at a very fair price. He encourage me to take a test drive on the XT five. He was helpful to explain the different aspects of the navigation screen. The time he spent with me was very valuable in securing a deal that I could say yes to. When he finally handed over the keys to my new vehicle I felt very proud to be a new owner of my first Cadillac. He also assured me that I could call on him at anytime with any questions I would have and that we would schedule another meeting to go over any of the fundamentals that I needed to learn. I would certainly recommend John Griffin to anyone who is looking for a new Cadillac. More
