Prior all the service on my 2006 xxx had been performed at the Brighton Cadillac dealer. The car was in the shop for a dead battery and 2 lights. After 3.5 days of driving a junk rental I received my car back still with an out headlamp. I walked around the showroom for 30 mins waiting for my rental car and did not have one sales person talk to me. Thanks for making our U.S. auto companies look so bad. You might not know it but you’re the face of Michigan’s life blood. I am going to Novi Cadillac now with the hopes of a better experience. More

We were also considering the Malibu and the Impala but the sales person helped us with our decision: the Chevy Equinox was a perfect fit aggressive. I was searching for a Saab Convertible Aero for my wife as surprise retirement gift. She was retiring the next day after 38 years of teaching. I arrived at the dealership late afternoon after corresponding with Anne via email. Anne quickly found the car which I proceeded to drive and decided to buy. Anne arranged a meeting with Jennifer Martin to discuss the financial arrangements. Jennifer was competent and easy to work with on this purchase. While I was in this meeting- Anne had a couple of dings on the car removed which were of concern to me. She also arranged for insurance and license plates. By 6 pm I had purchased the car and to top it off Anne personally delivered the car to my wife's school the next day. She was great at the school and executed the plan to surprise my wife flawlessly. In summary, this was a hasslefree, quick and fun purchase as a result of the welcoming, personable and fantastic customer service style of Anne, Jennifer and all others involved in making it happen. I was amazed that Anne Martin and Scott Greene were able to get me exactly what I wanted, a F-150 pickup, when their primary sales are GM vehicles. We went to Suburban Chevy in Ann Arbor to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. My husband found something he liked and called the saleman, the next day (Friday) to negotiate. After many calls back and forth th pre-owned vehicle. My husband found something he liked and called the saleman, the next day (Friday) to negotiate. After many calls back and forth they struck a deal and my husband put $100 to hold the vehicle until he could pick it up on Monday. Two hours before we were set to pick up the vehicle, the sales manager, Scott Green (who had been part of the negotiations), called my husband. He said that he could not follow through with the deal that was negotiated on Friday and if my husband still wanted the car he had to show up with an extra $600! My husband told him he did not trust the dealership and would not do business with them. We put in a complaint with the BBB as well. I advise everyone else to walk away from any deals these guys try to make. They are sleezy and did the old "used-car saleman bait and switch" routine - do not trust them!? More
