Service advisor provided options so that items needing repair first were addressed. His advice allowed me to stay within my budget and address the issues needed. My service advisor was Tim. Tim and Lance both went out of their way to help me and I really appreciated it. Tim commmunicated very well and explained the issues with my truck clearly. Pat in the Body Shop is what Customer Service is all about. I had some warranty work that was required and Pat was more than willing to get me scheduled right away for the work. I really think the repair should have been covered by 100k drivetrain warranty. Lance , service manager did take GM's line that it was 'impact damage or excessive use' that caused the failure. The facts 100k drivetrain warranty. Lance , service manager did take GM's line that it was 'impact damage or excessive use' that caused the failure. The facts were that the front differential had been in for warranty work 6 weeks eailier, and there was NO evidence of impact damage (slid plate and surrounding areas free of as much as a scratch) This is a HD $52,000 truck that is meant to be used as intended...in other words WORK, in my case plowing snow in the winter. I have bought 6 new CHEVY Trucks since 1999. I have been plowing snow for 10 years. This is the most expensive and most 'heavy duty' package I was able to purchase. To have two issues (these two COULD be related). The last time I had an issue with GM directly was in 2008 just before i BOUGHT this truck. Look in you records: I spent $900 at Lupient Chev to have 'repeat service issues evaluated by GM customer service' They came up with a list of things with resolutions that would cost something like $3000 to fix, all of which I would have to pay for except some sort of $500 'gift from GM, So net I would have spent $3400. I then took the truck to Grossman Chev, they looked at it for trade, and the main problem I had complained about for 4 years was simply a front axle that would cost $1300 to repair. Of course I had already spent the $900 on the WRONG diagnosis and Thank the Good LORD I did not have that done as that would NOT have resolved the problem....HELLO ANY ONE LISTENING!!!!! So like a good CHEVY enthusiast, I traded that truck (VERY fair deal from Grossman...they are now gone)and got this one....do you see me POINT???????? The two 'good' ratings have to do with the fact as a whole, that it was not 100% warranty. That is a GM issue, not dealership. More

This is my fourth and certainly not last Suburban. When might we see the new diesel in the half-ton? Sincerely, Scott Bowles More
Was able to get the vehicle in for service quickly. I was kept well informed of the status of the work. The vehicle was ready for pickup when they said it would be completed and the vehicle was also washed. kept well informed of the status of the work. That needs some work but service told me to take it to the dealer that made the car. which shocked me, but maybe it's because of the car type. Not sure would like to keep all my cars at the same dealer. More
We went to the Ford Dealer's (metro) just down the road. We found out they don't have a body shop. They sent us over to you guy's.We had some work done on our truck. We came back & picked up the truck when they called us. When we got it home I said to my husband, I thought they were suppost to fix the running light. They replaced the bulb but not the lens which is cracked & skuffed. They said it wasn't on the list to be fixed. My husband called the Insurance Company & she said she didn't know why it wasn't fixed, all they had to do was call & they would have given them the o.k & sent them another check. More

Well as I described in my complaint letter the incompetence of the folks running I bought a 2006 Chevy HHR Used. They told me it had been inspected. Well as I described in my complaint letter the incompetence of the folks running this large high volume dealership is olympic. Broken Shocks, no headrests, fluids resemble the Labraya Tar pits. Air filters resembled well lets just say one trip around in this car with the filters that were inspected have caused respratory distress. I did get a refund on the work done by my personal mechanic Just to get the car running clean. These folks do not know their products could care less about customer service and overall rate a minus 30 on a scale of 1 to 10. Did I mention the spray painted carpets? The oil on the seats after I had them check the engine light? Then again oil on the seats after I brought it in a second time? Stay the heck away from these folks. They are not crooks, just plain stupid in dealing with the public. Too bad Chevy did not choose them to close. It would have been an act of mercy. More
These guys are the WORST. I bought a $45,000 Suburban from them and every time I had a problem I had to wait FOREVER for them to fix it. They also didn't know their own warranty policy. On one occassion from them and every time I had a problem I had to wait FOREVER for them to fix it. They also didn't know their own warranty policy. On one occassion I had to go up to the sales department and borrow a manual (mine was in the vehicle) to PROVE to them that my serivce should be under warranty. Unbelieveable??!!!

In fairness to them, they did EVENTUALLY get the problem resolved but the whol experience was so FRUSTRATING that I suggest you STAY AWAY!!! I got rid of that truck and will NEVER do business with them again. More
