Busted telling a WHOPPER!!! Brought my vehicle in to check pulsating brakes. Stopped in after a voicemail was left and spoke with Jeremy. He proceeded to tell me my rotors were " Brought my vehicle in to check pulsating brakes. Stopped in after a voicemail was left and spoke with Jeremy. He proceeded to tell me my rotors were "completely rusted out" and I would need all new pads and rotors. I listened patiently as Jermay continued to dig his hole deeper explaining how bad they were etc etc. Imagine his surprise when I told him I had PERSONALLY installed ALL new rotors and brake pads one year prior. He was basically stunned silent. He hemmed and hawed for about 15 seconds and then spewed out a bunch of double talk trying to save face. Bottom line is no one really examined my brakes. Suburban obviously felt it was easier on them to sell me all new brakes and pads at great expense to me rather then to actually solve my issue. After taking my vehicle to a local shop it turns out both front rotors were warped and needed to be turned or replaced. I feel sympathy for people who don't have a working knowledge of cars and have to take these people at their word. More
