I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The problem stems from incorrect or incomplete original paperwork that was not properly finalized until the end of the month due to their delay. Despite this being entirely the result of their internal oversight, I have been repeatedly contacted. I have made every effort to cooperate and resolve the matter in good faith. Instead of working toward a solution professionally, I have continued to receive persistent and intimidating communications. This approach is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others to ensure all paperwork is thoroughly reviewed and documented when dealing with this company. More
