For the most part good My husband and I were buying our first Jeep 2 weeks ago so we decided to come to Ann Arbor. Our salesman Tom was great and the experience of buying the jeep was great. Until 2 weeks later my change oil light came on which irritated me right there...its a new vehicle! I had to drive 45 minutes to the dealership for an appointment to find out that all they needed to do was reset my computer. This should have already been done and checked. This is something that could have been done at home. I wasted my gas and time going back and they did not even offer me a gas card or anything. Gas in a jeep is not cheap especially to drive 45 minutes away from home for a 2 minute fix. That was definitely disappointing. Other than that, nice people to work with More

A Truck to hold the whole family Mike Gardner was our car salesman, and he couldn’t of been a nicer or more honest human. We needed a new truck to hold us and our rapidly growing pup Mike Gardner was our car salesman, and he couldn’t of been a nicer or more honest human. We needed a new truck to hold us and our rapidly growing puppy. Not only was Mike friendly, but everyone at the dealership was welcoming to us and our Rottie Tony including dog treats and an indoor water bowl! There was some work that needed to be done before we took the truck home and Mike was in constant communication as everything got done, including making sure it got done before our upcoming trip up north for the holiday. Cannot say enough positive things about Mike and his service. Also, so happy with how quickly Carrie got the paper work completed while we got to learn about her and her own pups that she had at home.
