ILIR is the greatest service manager ever! This is going to sound fake, but rest assured this is a real review! ILIR bent over backwards to help out our family. To make a long story short, our issue do too an aftermarket installation shouldn't have been covered under warranty and was going to cost us an extreme amount of money. ILIR personally called Chrysler (told them our unfortunate issue, and unfortunate personal issue) and Chrysler agreed to pay 100% of the repairs and rental! Anyone else would've billed us accordingly, but he took it upon himself to try and get it worked out. We will forever take our cars to Suburban Chrysler, and will now ONLY buy our cars through Suburban Chrysler! Thank you oh so much ILIR. More

Safety service in less than 1/2 hour At 5:30 pm I called Suburban CDJR with non-functioning windshield washers. In MI, in January, this is a safety issue pure and simple. By 6:00 pm I wa At 5:30 pm I called Suburban CDJR with non-functioning windshield washers. In MI, in January, this is a safety issue pure and simple. By 6:00 pm I was able to see a service rep, who checked it out and told me all I needed was new nozzles. I could have needed all new hoses for all I knew, but he told me it was just nozzles. They had them in stock, and the rep installed them on the spot free of charge. Admittedly it was only about ten minutes, but a place with a different attitude could easily have charged me for at least 15 minutes of labor if not more. They chose not to. On the surface it may not seem like that big a deal but it tells me a lot about how they treat customers. I'm highly satisfied. More

By chance I was surprised to see they had late night appointments (7pm, after work was no issue for them). I brought it in one day after making an appointment, I was surprised to see they had late night appointments (7pm, after work was no issue for them). I brought it in one day after making an appointment, it was fast and easy. Not sure why I was surprised, but the whole process was quick and efficient. While waiting for my oil change, I strolled the showroom and wasn't pounced on by sales people. Someone did say hi, I think his name was Darius, and we spoke about the new Wrangler. I told him I had a Wrangler and wanted to see the new one, but they hadn't received any from the factory yet. I liked Darius better than my own salesperson I had! haha Anyways, the dealer was so nice and i usually don't leave reviews like this but was just so impressed. I can't wait to see the new Wrangler, so I'll definitely be back. OH and thank you for the car wash! More
