Three days into my new Jeep I realized my rear suspension was in need of attention. I reached out to the dealership I purchased my Jeep from and was met with a dead end. Upset and very concerned about what I just bought, I reached out to Suburban of Ann Arbor. I immediately felt the importance they upheld towards customer service. I also met Eric Brower, Retail Operations Manager at Suburban. Eric is a stand up guy who truly cares for his customers and his Suburban family. My Jeep was fixed and I'm now a Suburban customer for life. More

I not only purchased my 2004 Jeep from Suburban Chrysler/Jeep in Ann Arbor back in 2004, but also have had it serviced there for the past several years. The quality of work done by the technicians/mechanics is "excellent" in my book. The reason for my long association with Suburban is due to one of your service personnel named ILAR. I know if I have any service repairs/issues I can always depend on Ilar to resolve them. He is a perfect "gentleman" among other qualities of being patient, kind, courteous and above all he knows his vehicles. I was in an accident the Thursday before Thanksgiving, and the next day, I and took my Town and Country to Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor to make an appointment to have the necessary repairs done. Ja and the next day, I and took my Town and Country to Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor to make an appointment to have the necessary repairs done. Jamie Boyer, the collision manager met me in the service bay, took a look at the damage and explained that he could start the work on Monday but would need my car until Friday since the dealership would be closed on Thanksgiving. I am a wheelchair user and my car has been extensively modified with a lowered floor, ramp, swivel drivers seat, low effort steering and breaking systems. I told Jamie that I would need to call around to see if I could find a wheelchair accessible van to rent so that I would have some way to get around since I had various appointments that week. I said I would get back to him. I explained that I was leaving for Florida the Monday following Thanksgiving and if I couldn't find a rental van, I would have to wait to have my car repaired when I returned. But I much preferred to have my car repaired before I left town. Renting a wheelchair accessible van is not only expensive ($100/day), it is virtually impossible to find one with the same modifications. I did find a van that had a ramp but not the modifications necessary for me to transfer to the front seat and drive myself. But my daughter said that she would be my driver, so I called Jamie to say that he could start the work. When I mentioned that the van would cost $100/day (not including the $95 for pick up and delivery), he said that he would do everything he could to have the van back to me on Wednesday. This is what Jamie did: He sent two people to pick my van up from my house on Monday morning; called on Wednesday to let me know that the van would be ready by the end of the work day (when I asked what time he closed on Wednesday...this is the night before Thanksgiving mind you..., he said "right after we finish your van and deliver it to you); delivered it to my garage on Wednesday at around 6:00. This job was not straight forward due to the modifications to my van. But, in spite of some challenges, Jamie was determined to get the job done by Wednesday night, and he did it. I am so impressed. This kind of customer service is really rare and I am so impressed. Jamie made Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor look like a great company. In my opinion, he should be acknowledged for his service and for his integrity. I personally give him the official "Great Guy" award. Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor has a customer for life.
