I have visited multiple dealerships and dealt with countless people only to leave in complete disappointment. From the moment I walked into Suburban Farmington, I had a good feeling. Cher is amazing! I have to be honest and say -- as a woman, I do not normally enjoy women sales people (c'mon girls don't always get along, let's be honest). Cher was friendly, knowledgable and laid back. There was no high pressure sales and she was willing to get what I wanted. I was in search of a 2015 black Grand Cherokee Altitude edition, which is a rare vehicle. She was confident they could get one with no issues and she was right. After discussing price, they were unwilling to move enough for me so i left the dealership. This is when I got a call from Rob Love, who asked what he could do to help me get the vehicle I wanted. We worked on price and financing for several days --- Rob was patient and knowledgable and never lost his cool with me even though I can say honestly I'm pretty demanding. I met him in person when I went to pick up my car and he was great. I also met Brad Marshall when I picked up my vehicle. I am a Leader Dog for the Blind Puppy Raiser and my 6 month old 60 lb yellow lab was not only under his desk but sprawled out in his office and Brad was nothing but accommodating to both of us. He sold me on a lifetime warranty and the tire and rims warranty for 5 years and the price and benefits was awesome. Great experience --- and while it took a few days Suburban got me exactly what I wanted at a price and financing that made sense and worked for me. I couldn't ask for anything better and they gain me as a customer for life as long as Cher is there!! More

I traded in my SUV and purchased a Minivan due to changing family needs. The vehicle was very much exactly as advertised and really exceeded my expectations. If anyone is interested in purchasing from their used-car section, please ask for Doug Mueller. By the way, Chrysler offers an "unlimited lifetime bumper to bumper" warrantee which can be purchased at a reasonable price which has made me extremely happy. That is unheard of. Glad to see Chrysler is willing to stand behind their product. More

True Rip Off Brought my truck in for ETC light and they told me my gas pedal was bad. Had it replaced and still same issue. Called Chrysler Corporate to file a com Brought my truck in for ETC light and they told me my gas pedal was bad. Had it replaced and still same issue. Called Chrysler Corporate to file a complaint because I brought my truck in twice for the same issue. Well neither the service advisor or manager would return their calls. I took my truck to another mechanic and he asked did anyone check the throttle body? According to the service advisor she said everything was checked and only the gas pedal was bad. Had the mechanic take a look and replace the throttle body and while he was replacing it one of the larger seals looked as it was chewed on and torn. I kept all the old parts to prove to Chrysler this dealership is horrible. Well now with new seal and throttle body my truck runs great! So if you own your vechical don't let them touch it. I still have prepaid oil changes and I will NEVER let them touch my truck again. More
