Excellent customer service Brad Marshall made a point to find out the type of vehicle and trim level my wife and I were looking for. Brad had a few Town & Country minivans on property that met our needs. We selected one and picked it up a few days later. During the lease turn-in pre-inspection, a broken taillight was discovered and the estimate to repair it was approximately $310. Brad arranged for a third-party to repair the taillight at a reduced cost ($225). Great experience. But it gets better! A few weeks after turning in our 2013 and leasing the new 2015 Town Country, I received a bill from Chrysler Capital for over $700. $395 was being charged because we didn't buy the 2013 T&C and another $310 was for a broken taillight that had been repaired between the lease turn-in pre-inspection and final inspection. I called Brad Marshall about a month after we picked up 2015 T&C and left a detailed voice mail regarding the Chrysler Capital bill. Brad called me back that same evening and said he would look into it. A few days later, Brad sent me an email to say it was all taken care of. Wouldn't you agree, that's Great Customer Service! So Happy! I was not excited to go looking for a new car. I thought the process would be long and frustrating and was not looking forward to it. Not knowing really what I was looking for- Roger was able to get me into a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I never thought I would be one to say "I love a car" but I'm truly in love with my new Jeep!!! Roger was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me seeing as how this was my first car purchase. He definitely made it special and memorable for me.
