Their lack of parts and miscommunication caused me a hardship but the service dept. compensated me for the hassle incurred and performed the recall repair as soon as the parts arrived. I wish it didn't happen but it's over now and I do think the dealership and the service dept. is very good and I would not hesitate brining my vehicles back to them for repairs. Old review: Looks like a good dealership but the parts and service areas is questionable. I called the parts department to see if the recall P41 ignition switch parts were in and the parts guy said yes they are but only had a couple so to set up a appointment ASAP because they would be gone quickly. I did just that and talked to a Service Advisor told him the parts guy said they were in but told him to double check. An appointment was made for 8:00 AM the next morning, I dropped off the 2007 Jeep Commander that afternoon. After not hearing from them I called at 11:30 Wed. 10/14/2015 to check on status and the Service Advisor checked and apologized saying not all the parts were there. I went over and picked up the Jeep. I told him they failed on 3 counts = 1: Parts guy gave wrong info. 2: The Service Advisor did not double check on parts (note: he said I did not tell him to check on parts. I'm not a liar "check phone recording or ask my wife ") This should be done anyway it's not the customers responsiibility. 3: With an 8:00 AM appointment why did it take till 11:30 to find out there was not enough parts and why did I have to call to check status. In short I'm not pleased and hope that this does not happen to other people. I waisted a lot of time and gas because of their fowl up. More

I purposely brought my son with me when I decided to lease my Chrysler 200 so that I could use the car buying experience as a teachable moment. Mr. Eddie Woods was clearly aware of my objective. He patiently explained the lease process to both me and my son. Mr. Woods even sat in the back of the Chrysler 200 when he demonstrated the technical functionality and allowed my son to sit in the passenger seat. I have already recommended this dealership to my sister and she received excellent service from Mr. Woods. I will continue to recommend my family and close friends to this dealership because it is clear that Mr. Eddie Woods and the entire staff care about their customers. More

Great service! I went to Suburban of Farmington Hills after dealing with a couple different dealerships. The sales agents that were helping me were dishonest and only wanted my money. After meeting Omar Abbo at Suburban, I knew he was in to really help me and not take my money.. He found the best deal and the best Ram truck out there and had me on the road in no time. The sales manager David Barash was also very friendly and really cared about what I wanted and needed.. Thanks to Omar and David, I will always come get my cars from here! More
Horrible customer service after purchase I had an appointment scheduled, when I arrived the original salesman was not there and I was given. Cherilyn Watkins, whom had zero idea about the Jeep Compass. I had to pull up jeeps on my phone to show her. After trying to pull up their coupons from their website, she offered me and employee discount. I got $2000 less for my trade-in even though their Website said $12k she was only able to get me $10k. After signing over my trade-in the price of the vehicle magically went up to $30k although I was quoted $26k via their website. I wish I had not rushed into this lease because after purchasing $638 worth of warranties, when my tire was damaged I was told I could get tire coverage for additional money. I love how they act like they care about getting you the best price and when I actually talked to people with higher end cars, finding out I pay more than them. I will never go back to this dealership after my lease is up. I didn't do a salesman survey after my experience because I was dissatisfied. I only did a review today because I went to the dealership to cancel my warranties only to be told I could not cancel 1 of the 2. And I had to pay them $220 in fees. More
