I also returned again and allowed to drive another and Rob helped me when Bob was not there that day. I received follow up calls and asked them to locate a car for me they didn't have on the lot and they were able to find me one and handled it so I could lease the one I wanted with the equipment I wanted. They were easy to deal with and it was an easy experience. More

25 miles is not too far for great service I am retired so I thought leasing a vehicle would be a good option. I contacted Bryan Galczynski and told him that I was looking for a Dodge Journey; I am retired so I thought leasing a vehicle would be a good option. I contacted Bryan Galczynski and told him that I was looking for a Dodge Journey; Bryan asked me what color and options I was looking for and how many miles did I drive a year. When I arrived at the dealership, the Journey was waiting for me to test drive. My wife and I went to lunch and when we came back we were on our way in our new SUV.We drove in from Troy but it was well worth it. No hassle, no nonsense, just as simple as can be. Thanks Bryan! Excellent customer Service I usually cringe when I have to deal with certain sales reps because a lot of them only focus on selling a pand sometimes with little or no considerat I usually cringe when I have to deal with certain sales reps because a lot of them only focus on selling a pand sometimes with little or no consideration of my needs. When we were done, we had a 24 month lease on a Jeep Patriot. We were so happy that Diane kept providing us options until we finally settled on a price and vehicle.
