AWESOMISM! We can't say enough about Roger as he truly worked his butt off for us! 'If' he didn't know the answer, he would go find someone who did or we would all find out together. He wouldn't leave us with any unanswered questions. And we had plenty. Roger had to deal with plenty variables working with us. We had to have a vehicle that had to support an automatic wheelchair (The Beast) and it had to be able to be feasible enough to get me in and out comfortably. It also had to be something that would allow my husband to cart things if need be as he was giving up a truck to go into this new vehicle. I think we must have worked Roger and a few others to the bone to finally end up Leasing a Town & Country. AND we love it!!! We also had to deal with the Issues of the dealership for dealers parking in the Handicap spots of which I am certain sure they are working very hard to correct this problem. RIGHT BOYS???? RIGHT???? Pretty sure they will hear The Beast's horn if not! We should have been on the clock there as we met a lot of other friendly salespeople besides Roger. However, I must say that working with Roger was by far the greatest as we truly respect his honesty, knowledge and aggressiveness. Thanks for tolerating 'US' Roger ... LOL/You're the greatest! More

I’ve had the privilege of dealing with her on several occasions and it is always a pleasure. Diane is one of the most honest, genuine, and hard working people I have ever met. She acts with integrity and treats her customers with great respect. During my most recent purchase from her I had a very specific set of options that I was looking for and a very specific price range that I wanted to stay in. Diane listened closely to my both my requirements and my concerns and went out of her way to address each of them. Her keen attention to detail always impresses me. Diane was honest with me about what was available in their current inventory and that they didn’t have a Jeep that matched my specific criteria readily available. Being respectful of my time, she offered to look around at other dealers and to get back in touch with me once she had found a Jeep that was a match. During that time Diane made a point of contacting me to keep me updated on where they were at in the process. It didn’t take her long to locate my new Jeep and she went out of her way to acquire it for me as quickly as possible. This made the entire delivery process fast, smooth, and painless. As always, she made a point of discussing all the options on the Jeep and how they worked before I left the dealership.
