Terri answered my questions via email but she encouraged me to come into the dealership and do a test drive. Terri was great to work with!! Not only was she nice and friendly, but she stayed on top of her work. If I had any questions or concerns, she answered them to the best of her knowledge. She also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable while in the dealership. She was great!!! I actually decided to lease the vehicle I test drove! Great experience!! I went in looking for a Grand Cherokee and Roger Bacon was the sales person I was given. He was very personable and knowledgable about the vehicle. A dealership with passionate people - A very happy customer I'm not sure where to start, but foremost I am MORE than happy with my experience. Several months ago I stopped by Suburban to just look at cars..noth I'm not sure where to start, but foremost I am MORE than happy with my experience. Several months ago I stopped by Suburban to just look at cars..nothing serious. I met Roger Bacon that day and it was literally his very first day. He was knowledgeable about his product but he was relational to the point I did not feel like I was at a dealership. He took the time and that day always stuck with me and I said once I'm ready to get a car I would be back to see roger. This past week I waltzed in looking for him. He was sooooo surprised that I randomly popped in, but it was cool. Roger remembered that day I came in and all the things that I was interested in. I work in sales and I can say that hands down the impact he leaves on people and the interactions he has gives you the best experience and by the end I was secure in my decision and he truly worked to meet my needs and help me find a way to lease my first car on my own at a reasonable price. There's a ton more I can say. Long Story short: If you're looking or need help with cars, definitely go see Roger. More

Roger Bacon gets it done went to Suburban looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and my wife told me to only deal with Roger (because of her past experience with him). Roger was patient with my questions and spent much time and effort trying to find an existing version of the car I wanted. When this didn't work he ordered the car I wanted and stayed on the factory until it was done.
