Shady Dealings are Done here 1 star is too much for this review honestly. We went in to test drive a black Dodge Ram 1500 truck about noon today. We had sat in the truck, basicall 1 star is too much for this review honestly. We went in to test drive a black Dodge Ram 1500 truck about noon today. We had sat in the truck, basically stalked it for a while before someone came to help us with it. In that time, there was another gentleman who came to look at it as well while we were waiting for the keys for a test drive. We were helped by Caselle and we took it for a test drive. We loved it and came back to the dealer and immediately put the deposit down to hold the truck for 48 hours for us while we went to a few other appointments we had for test drives. When we called back to see about the trade in and the pricing on the truck, the manager (through the sales rep) tried to push us into another truck like the one we drove but not in the color we wanted because we were told the manager wanted to sell the black one to the other customer and sell 2 trucks that day (I assume the other man did not want the white one either). They close in 6 minutes (5pm) and we have not heard back from them about whether or not they were going to go with us for the black truck or not... which remember that we had paid a deposit to hold it so no one else could buy it out from under us. Not sure if it was a friend of his, the manager wanted to make the commission on it or what, but that was horrible customer service and everyone should know what kind of shady deals are being done at this dealer. Too bad because we really liked the truck and I was thinking of buying a second vehicle there soon. More

I was greeted by Wyman Stewart and all I had to do is tell him what I wanted to pay and he did the rest. I purchased a car I didn't even think was possible. He took a lot of time showing me options I could pick and although I though I couldnt lease because of the miles I put on my car - I was wrong. He got me into an awesome car with a higher milage lease under what I wanted to pay. He also took the time to show me the details in the car and I felt like I could call him anytime after if I had any questions. I like that the dealership is clean, staff is friendly and the service area seems easy to use and very clean as well. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Wyman. He was the awesome to work with! More

Even though I was there for six hours due to paperwork needed on my end, my salesman, Corey Worthen made sure I had food and a beverage. He was straight forward and prompt with making this deal as smooth as possible. The only problem I had was the detail work done. The inside was poorly cleaned, almost like they never cleaned it but the outside was fine. I would definitely return for another car but I would make sure my car was detailed correctly. More

He worked with me on getting a fair price for the vehicle and arranged for a rental car to be available for me to use while I was in town. He even picked me and my family up at the airport and drove us back to the dealership. I was taking possession of my car on a Saturday, when he was not working, and yet he still came in to make sure everything went smoothly. I only wish I lived closer (than the 700 miles I am) so that I could continue to use this dealer to service my vehicle. Thank you so much for making this purchase so smooth and uneventful. More

We visited our local competitor dealership and had quite the disturbing experience. The sales person was rude, offensive, and insulting. And this was our very first experience in a Chrysler/Jeep dealer, having never owned one before! We were almost immediately ready to call it quits until I suggested we take the drive to our nearest Suburban dealership. We quickly realized that the experience was destined to be better. The new location on 10 Mile is beautiful, open and airy. Staff are polite and courteous and I was kindly greeted by salesperson Eddie Woods. Eddie and I sat down we calmly discussed what my wife was looking for in a car and what we were looking to pay. Soon, we met with sales manager David Barash. David was quick to identify what it would take to meet our pricing obstacles with ease and made it difficult to pass up. He gave us several trim level options within our price range and we successfully decided on a beautiful white 2015 Cherokee Latitude. Considering the car my wife was driving was over 7 years old, it was like she jumped a decade in time with new technology and features, and she couldn't be happier! We got the car we wanted with the features we wanted with exactly the sales experience we were hoping to get as new Chrysler/Jeep customers. Eddie Woods and David Barash absolutely met this expectation by leaps and bounds. The Cherokee has me so impressed, I cannot wait to get back into discuss a Grand Cherokee for myself. This is our 5th vehicle purchase with Suburban and this only solidifies that we will continue to be Suburban customers at the rate this amazing service and experience remains after all these years!!
