2015 Jeep Cherokee I leased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee at the end of October. Jim Kramer was great at responding to my emails and calls before I even came into the dealer. Most dealers won't even bother with you until you walk in the door. Jim has gone above and beyond to resolve the issues we had with some aftermarket items that we ordered.
